i spent a lot of
time in my room
watering the fantacies
that grew in pots
in the dark corners
of my strange world
late night conversations
with the Glow Worm
illuminating me between
the sheets
some things never change
breaking the silence
that comes with night
and releasing thoughts
of yesterday
my room was different
separate from the world
mystery in the walls
telling me stories
i wish i could return
to that magical place
where fantasy reigned
and imagination
soared on fan blades
