Better late than never...

Yes. I am finally watching Smallville... Now that it is over and done with. When the show originally started I tried to watch it but it was a little too cheesy and repetitive for me. Somebody gets affected by the meteor rock and turns into a bad guy. Clark kills him and the world is good again. Every episode was the same. I didn't even finish the first season. And I was never much of a DC person so other than knowing that he is Kal-El and came from the planet Krypton  when it was destroyed and can fly and is bullet proof and all that fancy stuff... I don't really know ALL of the background of the story. Never read the comic books. Wolverine on the other hand... now that movie pissed me off. They found all kinds of ways to mess that up. But I digress...

It is a new day and I have decided to give it another try. Once again the first season was very repetitive and cheesy but I watched it all in one day, plus a couple of hours the next, and dove right into the second season. Still a little cheesy but better. Now I'm a week in and half way through season 3. I'm liking it much more now and happy to see Lex becoming the Lex Luther we all know and love.

But I was quickly disappointed in the show, before I even really got into it, when a friend of mine told me that as soon as Lex starts to become the bad guy he is killed off. But later returns as Lex from another dimension or some shit... Ugh. It really makes me want to stop watching it. But as with all the other shows I have done this with... when I can watch a season in a couple days without having to wait a week, it's easy to get hooked. So I guess I will continue to watch.

Oh and it was pretty cool to see Christopher Reeve.

And Kristin Kreuk and Allison Mack are pretty nice to look at...
